(Autobiography) By GHALIFA

This is where it all started from for Crazy Mic Musiq's Star GHALIFA.

Music carrer so far (29th September 2009 to 4th May 2017)

Born in the Early 1990s, Crazy Mic Musiq star DANIELSON EBEGBETALE ORUKPE with the stage name "GHALIFA" was born in Edo state though spent early part of his life in Lagos state before moving back to Edo state, Nigeria.

As a music lover from day one, Ghalifa was always found hitting the desk and singing already made artistes music (likes of 2Face Idibia, Psquare) while still on a tender age during his primary school days.

On the 29th of September 2009, he finally decided to start his music career by writing his own music. He agreed to go on with his first stage name DANNY YOUNG which was later changed when a certain Danny Young came up in the music industry. With the help of an old school friend "Terry Mighty", Ghalifa was able to take music serious and composed his first ever song titled LOVE U LADY (but was never recorded in the studio up till today).

Few months later, GHALIFA came across a childhood friend "MR FLEXIBLE" popularly known as "FLEXY" who was into music already and they agreed to team up together and form a solid partnership like Psquare and Bracket. As at this time Ghalifa's name have been changed from DANNY YOUNG to SLIM YOUNG. So SLIM YOUNG and MR FLEXIBLE decided to get a name for themselves when they collabo together and DE GENERATIONZ was the solid name agreed on. DE GENERATIONZ made their first studio appearances on the 13th of August 2011 when they were featured by SPARCO B' on a song titled LIKE D WAY. The next day which was 14th August 2011, they both returned to the studio to drop their first ever song titled FINE LADY which was produced by SICO SENT. DE GENERATIONZ first stage appearance came up just days after dropping FINE LADY. They were there live at JIMBALUISI located at Esan southeast L.G.A. Edo State. They started working hard and became popular in Esan land Edo state.

In November 2011, SLIM YOUNG changed his stage name to GALAXY and MR FLEXIBLE changed his own to FLEXY. They came up with their hit track then which featured Edo born MAVERIC & the now Malaysia based DBLINKZ titled GIRL produced by NIKELY (music recorded on 12th of November 2011).

The music became so popular when DeeJays started playing it in shows.

On 18th December 2011, DE GENERATIONZ shut down a show at PALM GARDEN which made them the talk of the town. 2 months later (February 2012), DE GENERATIONZ featured the hottest prospect on town then "EASY" on a song titled SUPERSTAR produced by JOE SLIM. Few weeks later, GALAXY was featured by SPARCO B' when he was remixing his song LIKE D WAY. MC GALAXY later came into the music industry which made GALAXY change his name to LIL DANIEL.

The music game was becoming cool when the boys were admitted into Higher Institution in 2013 before DE GENERATIONZ lost a star ⭐️ to education when FLEXY was flown abroad to continue his study. Poor LIL DANIEL have to carry on alone and was later featured in TM's song titled BOUNCE. The music game was becoming cool for LIL DANIEL because of his studies but he never stop rehearsing. June 5th 2014, he decided to come up with his own Record Label which he named LMR (Let's Music Rule) and Nine months later (March 2nd 2015), he changed the label name to Crazy Mic Musiq (CMMusiq #C2M) and signed an indigenous rapper "2FYNO" (ibo boy) into it before signing SPLIZB two days later into the label.

In October 2015, LIL DANIEL dropped his first post FLEXY era single titled SHERIKOKO produced by SICO SENT. In November 2015, he was featured by his very own SPLIZB on a song titled COCO Produced by KAKAZIZI.

In July 2016 after his birthday he decided to use his childhood nickname GHALIFA as his stage name which was finalized and changed on his social media accounts.

2016 almost went unnoticed for him in the Music game as he wasn't involved in any music until he decided to sing about the present situation of the country and he came up on the 26th day of December with a killertune titled HELP produced by SICO SENT.

And finally, as a now 400 level student of the Great Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State, he came up with the idea to feature I.S MUSIC's and AAU hottest talent TRAZYX on his latest song titled OLE. The song was produced and mixed by CHECH on 1st of April 2017. The single dropped on 7th April 2017.
